In fact, reach in your pockets and send whatever cash you have to Mark Kane... because he's  THAT good.

Mark Kane doesn't even need to drive cars; if he wanted to he could step out his front door and whistle and every variety of beast would run swiftly to him and bear him to any location on earth OR sea.

That's  how cool he is.

This is the one I wrote a supplement for in CJTD-2018-1, the cause to remove him in the Court of the Judiciary.

HOW many of Washington County's sons and daughters lay forgotten in Oklahoma's  prison system NEEDLESSLY because of THIS fellow?

We have not a "flawed" system, but a fully fractured one.

The indifference  to human life in the Oklahoma courts and the prison system is dumbfounding.

It starts at the lowest levels and aspires to the highest echelons.

Oh...

And another thing...

if you read the link (the Reuters article) it will mention that the district judge manufactured documents.  One of his manufactured documents appeared in my own case.  If you read one of my several attempts at redress (C-2016-1108) you will see that the judge filed his response to me on December 2nd of 2016... HOWEVER, it was backdated to November the 21st of 2016.  This was not only a serious misrepresentation but an outright blunder that "timed out" my appeal. I had to file several more writs to just get the ball rolling again...to NO avail.  Clerks told me over the telephone that documents signed by the judge are SWIFTLY filed and date stamped.  NO WAY will a document sit in repose for eleven days like mine did.  It was will-out malice.

I got NO love from the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeal either...

So I went to the Oklahoma Supreme Court THREE times asking for habeas relief... they declined jurisdiction...

But TWO justices dissented...

They sided with me.

But gave me no relief; other than to proclaim, "Someone needs to fix this!"

So now my case is pending as CIV-20-49-JFH-KEW.

So, yeah... the Washington County Courthouse is still a maggot-infested dump because ALL the judges and D.A. all act alike; all eat from the same trough.

SELF DEFENSE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE A CRIME

 The laws of the state of Oklahoma are rather clear about the difference between justifiable force and will out malice aforethought; but do not ever fool yourself that the officers of the  Court really know (or care) what the difference is.  To be honest, the Court doesn't care what you're charged with because they have a pro forma approach to any and everything.  You are but a car payment for the so-called "finders of fact".

I was charged in 2002 with a  violation  of Oklahoma statute 10 O.S. , section 7115A, entitled "Child Abuse".  There WAS no child abuse...only a belligerent teenager that pointed a loaded shotgun on both myself AND his own mother.  I struck him in the process of disarming him.  Months later he "lost" the two teeth I loosened when I sruck him.

My INTENT was not to loosen his teeth; or even strike him for that matter.

But I had little choice.  My wife sided with me and even signed away her parental rights in her profound disappointment with him.

I would have done anything not to have to have struck him, but life is not a daisy chain of ideal circumstances.

I have meditated on these events since the day it all happened.

The only real failures came from the COURT and not our family.

WE were resilient enough to get past all this but the state had other ideas - NEVER forget that agencies like OKDHS and the courts are spawned from pure intentions but leave a trail of pure disasters in their wakes.

I intend to dissect the instant case here, amid the circumstances that arose and the plagues of famine caused by the indifference of the Washington County Court.

I am the dark lord of Oklahoma's damned and forgotten...

If you found this with the keyword "suicide", and you want to wallow in the depths of self produced gloom, go away.  This is going to be the factual and verifiable trek I was subjected to by the state of Oklahoma.  Equally so I shall speak for the dozens of thousands of those who remain tethered and cursed by the very system that is pledged to protect humanity, not destroy it. My voice shall also come to the defense of those special individuals that work for the system and have helped me help myself and others.
